Fees / Service Area

Thank you for your time and consideration! We cover 100% of Snohomish County, and surrounding counties for an additional travel fee.

Never pay more than $15.00 per notarial act. (Most documents have two notarial acts). Notary fees are set by Washington State Law. Often, notaries will add additional fees for travel, document printing, providing additional witnesses, etc. We will always keep our fees as low as possible for our neighbors.

If you have any questions, please send us a message, and we will be happy to provide you with a fee quote prior to setting an appointment. If we can't help, we will point you in the right direction.

Our office is conveniently located off of Interstate 5 in North Everett. Due to the nature of our business, we strongly suggest that our clients schedule an appointment to ensure a notary is present when you arrive.
